"I am pleased to invite you to participate in our seventh annual month-long division-wide diversity awareness effort, Everyday Inclusion 2024. This year’s Everyday Inclusion theme is Nourish to Flourish, an idea developed from a series of thoughtful conversations in our VPFA diversity committee about the UO Onward strategic planning efforts launched by President Scholz in Fall 2023.

In the month of August, we invite you to explore what it means to flourish at the university, through a variety of personal and professional development and connection opportunities. Whether you join events via Zoom or in-person, the connections and experiences you share help to build the foundation of our strong, resilient, and dynamic teams."
