The complaint review process, including the membership and role of the CRC, are outlined in the UOPD Complaint Resolution Committee Procedures

Avenues for making a complaint are outlined on the UOPD website. To file a complaint via the CRC, please email vpfa@uoregon.edu or mail to UOPD CRC c/o Office of the VPFA, 103 Johnson Hall, University of Oregon, Eugene OR 97403-1283.
