About Shared Services

Finance and Administration Shared Services (FASS) provides support for a number of units within the VPFA portfolio. We are directly responsible for improving service standards within four business functions:

  • Budget and Finance
  • Human Resources (HR)
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Purchasing and Accounts Payable

Our goal is to develop a service organization that provides the highest level of functionality, expertise, efficiency, and service. We do this by creating a conduit for centralized policies and procedures, to be quickly and appropriately disseminated to various units.
